For their new offices in Encino, CA CRF decided to stay with traditional cubicle lay-out but reflecting contemporary trends. Together with our partner dealer and design team from Gensler ODS were tasked to create bright, modern, functional office while working on a set budget. The provided solution featured Crossroads Blend stations with 3” thick panels forming the spline and 1” thick panels serving as dividers between the stations. All bullpen workstations were built with 54” high “seated privacy” panels with up-mounted overhead storage, accessory tiles and collaborating peninsula table between the stations. Spline panels feature frosted frameless channel-mounted glass. ODS created custom-made half-moon meeting tables for private offices. GRF had a lot of storage needs. ODS addressed those needs by providing under desk mobile pedestals, lateral files, up-mounted overheads with sliding doors and stand-alone 4-drawer high lateral files.
